Updates on our Library

As many of you know, we have been updating our library selection to curtail to increasing demand.  Many of you have requested romantic books, and we have introduced a total of 20 new books to our circulation!

There have been requests for “romance manga” to be put in our circulation, Librarian Jerry has taken a gander at what a “manga” is, and it is determined to be some kind of comic book.

As it is common knowledge, Comic books are not real books, and therefore have no place in a proper library.

Technology News

Onto more exciting news, the state has okayed a budget for new computing devices that will be placed inside a separate book room for quiet and easy study.  Our previous model will be moved to the public school.

As to the requests of many of our patrons, we have introduced many new games to this computer, including a plethora of edutainment for children ages 4-10.

We also HEAR you, and have processed the order of the remaining softwares of “DATE TIME”, the dating simulation game.  

This includes the “Morris” package, and “Anna”, and we will be introducing them into circulation soon.  

We would like to put out a notice to anyone who has seen the Melissa diskette, as it seems to be missing, and the software has somehow been deleted from the previous and new computers.  Please do not move or modify library property without notifying Librarian Jerry or me, Librarian Martha.
