Prophet is a Horror Micro-Game made for the O2A2 Micro-Game Jam that is part Visual Novel & Part Point 'n' Click.
You are a Pilgrim nearing to the end of your Pilgrimage, committed to the final steps of the ritual with the Great Prophet. Your choices will judge what happens to you and the future of the church.

As with all O2A2 games, this game was created under strict guidelines:
- Only one character "sprite model" visually featured.
- Only one environment
- Only one soundtrack.
- Only one sound effect.
- 1,000 words or less, excluding repeats (Game is exactly 1000 words).
- Only 10 days from START to COMPLETION.
I've participated in O2A2 for the last 4 years. PROPHET has been the most ambitious entry for this jam for me. I hope you enjoy it :).

The voice actor did such a good job, holy shit. The writing was so delicious, and the art, especially the different expressions, is perfection. Great game.

Great game! I'm not sure what the problem was, but on the web version I can't seem to get the third ending as the book is not selectable. I'm not sure if this is a glitch or I'm doing something wrong.

I really enjoyed this and I'm not one to typically play horror games but the vibe of this one is immaculate. Voice acting was really good and the dialogue is really well done. I'm giving it a strong 7.8/10. (Prophet gameplay starts at 38:28 in my video)

Oh, wow - what an amazing premise! Everything was so fascinating and atmospheric! What a clever use of the asset limitations. The VA did fantastic making each role sound distinct, and I loved seeing the Prophet's form slither around in the background... so creepy!

You must also click to interact the hidden book of ritual which located under cabinet stole (alongside choosing every right options of each stuff that make The Maid remember those stuffs)

Awesome voice acting performance! The prophet's design is very unique and cleverly allows for a second character to exist without breaking the jam's rules. Great game with a lot of work on atmosphere!
This was a great game - the visuals, the story, the assets and the way you used them. The voice actor also did such a great job, being able to convey two distinct characters... Great Job!
