Hiya, everyone! It's been about a week since my last update! Thanks again for playing. I am still updating to Version 1.0, which will be the biggest update since launch.

Version 1.0 will not change the main story of the game, but will do a ton of tweaks and fixes as well as a few new features.

I will also have an announcement around the time I release Version 1.0 on the future of Carnivore!

Features of 1.0

Outside of the many tweaks the game will have for a 1.0 release, the game will also have a new section showing off some of the Behind-The-Scenes production of the game, including concept sketches and a few comics.

There will also be a reward for people who have found all the Achievements in the game.

A Few Words about Carnivore!

I've been saying this a lot: I am shocked by the response for my sad sheep game. I never thought it would be this popular.

As of now, Carnivore! has over 50,000 downloads. Out of the 15 games I have released over the years, Carnivore! sits in 4th place in terms of lifetime downloads…and it's only been in existence for roughly 3 weeks.

I've seen so many Let's Plays, Streams and written reviews of the game as well as a variety of fanart on tumblr, bluesky and tiktok.

Thank you so much for playing, watching, and especially making fanart of my characters, it's always something I cherish, and I will always repost fanart that I find on my social media feeds. Feel free to @ me on any of these networks.
