Very good game
I just finished the game and it's amazing! I liked the way they added a brief story to understand the characters, I hope to see more content from this game.

Try extracting it to a root folder on your drive. Like D:/Carnivore for now.
Or download it through the itch.io app!
I'll work on an update that may shorten some of the resource names on windows.
Update:If you extract the current version of the game into a root folder, it should work.
However, I am going to upload a hotfix version that should solve this problem later tonight.Update 2:New version for Windows is up.
Nice game! The cow was my favorite character.
